An Algorithm for Identifying Significantly Dense Subgraphs

SiDeS is implemented both in C and Java programming language. The Java implementation makes use of the Cytoscape library. SiDeS can be downloaded in the following formats:

A gzipped tarball containing the C source code
A java archive (jar) file containing the compiled plug-in
A zipped directory containing the Java source code

We recommend using the C implementation for larger networks, which is much faster, and the Cytoscape plug-in version for smaller networks, which provides an easy-to-use interface.
