Current

In Spring 2023, I am teaching CSDS/SYBB 459: Bioinformatics for Systems Biology.

Past

I regularly teach CSDS-310: Algorithms at the undergraduate level, and CSDS-410: Analysis of Algorithms and CSDS/SYBB 459: Bioinformatics for Systems Biology at the graduate level. Besides these regular courses, I have also taught Introduction to Bioinformatics (CSDS-458) and an undergraduate-level practically oriented course on Bioinformatics (EECS-359). In Fall 2019 and Fall 2020, I developed and taught CSDS 313: Introduction to Data Analysis, one of the foundational courses in CWRU's new Data Science and Analytics program. When I was visiting Bilkent University in the 2017-2018 academic year, I also taught courses on Machine Learning and Data Mining.
