In Spring 2020, I am teaching EECS 340/454: Algorithms and EECS/SYBB 459: Bioinformatics for Systems Biology.

I regularly teach "EECS-340: Algorithms" at the undergraduate level, and "EECS-459: Bioinformatics for Systems Biology" at the graduate level. Besides these regular courses, I have also taught graduate-level Algorithms (EECS-454), Introduction to Bioinformatics (EECS-458), and an undergraduate-level practically oriented course on Bioinformatics (EECS-359). In Fall 2019, I developed and taught DSCI 343: Introduction to Data Analysis, one of the foundational courses in CWRU's new Data Science and Analytics program. When I was visiting Bilkent University in the 2017-2018 academic year, I also taught courses on Machine Learning and Data Mining.
