I am an Assistant Professor at the Department
of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Case
Western Reserve University. My main area of research is Bioinformatics and Computational
Biology, with emphasis on development of algorithms for data analysis in Systems
Biology. In November 2007, I was
awarded Theodore and Dana Schroeder endowed chair in
Computer Science and Engineering by Case School of
Engineering. I also have a secondary appointment at
Case Center for
Proteomics & Bioinformatics and serve on the steering committee of CWRU's
Systems Biology & Bioinformatics graduate
programs.
