  • Fairness: How can we ensure a model is fair and uncover any potential biases?
  • Reliability: How can we build robust models that can stand the test of time?
  • Accessibility: How can we make data analysis more accessible?
  • Biography

    I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) under the supervision of Mehmet Koyutürk since 2018. I received my M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University and my B.S. degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University. My research focuses on the development of algorithms and computational tools for various inference and predictive modeling tasks in the context of cellular signaling.
